2023: Recently, we were forced to endure a frustrating dilemma in the form of a badly leaking (50 gallon) A.O. Smith hot water tank at our home. And, left with no option except to contact several different plumbers throughout the Metro Atlanta-Cobb County region and companies that sell gas water tanks, Manny was instead able to prove to the manufacturing company-brand (A.O. Smith) who agreed the model/unit at our residence was apparently defective (since it had only been installed since 2018) and they agreed to provide us with a brand new 50 gallon replacement unit at no cost. 

That gesture…a U.S.-based company that still stands behind their word and lives up to exactly what customers expect of their product(s)…went a long way with us. However, upon making contact with your company to do the installation, we were equally pleased that we chose K.E. Greene Mechanical/Hydronics. Especially since your installation costs were/are more economical than ALL of your competitors and your employees are certified at specifically installing “A.O. Smith models,” which was very important to us.    

From the very first telephone conversation, Ms. Kennedy Coleman, your Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep., was truly professional and courteous! She definitely paid attention to what Manny conveyed to her and she was more than helpful. According to Manny, she simplified the process and promptly arranged for one of your plumbers – Mr. Jacob Meeks – to come out and install the unit today, Wednesday, February 8, 2023. And man, did that young man take his time and do an amazing job! He has a bright future!

Jacob Meeks thoroughly impressed Manny by his immense knowledge of his vocational trade and his pleasant personality. In fact, it is those traits, which both Kennedy and Jacob clearly have mastered quite well, that will compel us to encourage countless other people in our neighborhood (Kensington Community subdivision of Smyrna) to consider K.E. Greene Mechanical/Hydronics as potentially new customers going forward for similar work that involves plumbing, HVAC, and/or electrical type of work.
